Boarding Cancellation Policy
 

Cancellation Policy for NON-Peak Demand/Holiday Time-frame Reservations:

A client must cancel their reservation a minimum of 2 days prior to scheduled arrival date, or they will be charged for 50% of their entire reserved stay.



Cancellation Policy for Peak Demand/Holiday Time-frame Reservations:

A client must cancel their reservation a minimum of 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, or they will be charged for 80% of their entire reserved stay.

Dec 18 - Jan 7
March 14 - 31
May 18 - June 7
June 14 - July 31
August 26 - September 9
November 18 - December 7
