I haven't been a dog owner for at least 30 years. A month ago, I adopted my first puppy. 3 months old, 7 pounds, and within 3 weeks of owning him, I knew I had a business meeting in Dallas, and did not want to leave my new tiny puppy with my 87 year old husband , to possibly trip and fall, over him. I was in the midst of attempting to house break him, and I just did not want a set back while I was away for 4 days in Dallas. I called the vet, (regular boarding), I called an AKC recommended trainer , who did not board, and then I came across miraculously, Heather and Jeff's web site. First and foremost, when I saw their facility on their web site, I immediately thought, this place is a much safer place than my house. I am on the intracoastal, my land is constantly under water with King Tide. There is no telling what hazards lay in the sod. I can't unleash my puppy on my lot, as I am fearful about my pool, , intracoastal, poisonous frogs, snakes,etc. I contacted them, and scheduled a Meet and Greet. First of all they were only 1 mile from my house. I got there, and Heather immediately picked my puppy up in her arms, and the puppy was at ease. Their entire lot has astro turf to prevent ominous creatures from breeding in their property. My puppy, was set down in their immaculate back terrace with child proofed pool, and they let their other similar sized boarders out to play. I couldn't believe how much fun my puppy was having. I almost felt he would be better off with them, with or without my trip to Dallas. LOL. Heather, and Jeff and their assistant , send regular video's and reports throughout the stay. And although my puppy was not enrolled in their boot camp, which he should have been, he came back to me with cured behavioral problems of nipping at my heals and love biting. And he was pretty much house broken. I highly recommend their training techniques, the care they give each individual puppy, and intend to use them for the rest of my puppy's life , if they will have me. Thank you for your wonderful treatment of my "Boujee" He is a better puppy, for being with you, and we need you soon as I fear, My training techniques are lacking and I need more help. !!!!

Heather and Jeff not only trained our puppy Enzo, they board him as well and I must admit, I find it absolutely impossible to board him anywhere else. We have considered cancelling trips if they are booked! They are kind, their home and the doggie play area(s) are clean beyond belief, and our little dude literally trots into their home on his own without even a cursory glance back! Highly, highly recommend for puppy or behavioral training and boarding.

"When our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Buster, lived out his 14-year life span in 2016, we had already begun the retirement phase of our lives and were looking forward the opportunity to travel more extensively. "This is our sweet Maltese, Baby. Baby was given to me by our children 1 year after our losing Max, our 15-year old Maltese. I instantly fell in love, but Baby had many behavioral issues. He was afraid of everything in our home. This fear manifested itself in Baby always whimpering. He was never happy to see us which was greatly upsetting me. It was so comforting to know that the dogs were happy and in a completely fun, loving and safe environment.

"What a fantastic couple! They have a passion for dogs that you notice as soon as you meet them. My beagle puppy had such a good time with them and all the other little dogs, that I was actually afraid he would cry until I brought him back to their house. They have opened their whole home to all friendly, small dogs that need or want 24 hour supervision. I was afraid to leave my 3 1/2 month old puppy with anyone because he was just learning how to behave and needed constant attention. Jeff and Heather helped with training, fed him 3 meals a day like I asked, texted me pictures and updates every day, and helped me not worry at all about his safety and happiness. They keep their house spotless (even with a number of dogs there at once), and they have a beautiful, fenced backyard that is designed for dog training. I 100% recommend them."
